    Unhappy with cleanliness

    Not far from family

    Was told could not check in between 10-12am as requested as had to have time to: CLEAN/SANITIZE/Replenish studio -;so had to kill time to 4pm. So unhappy & disappointed with how it was 'cleaned'. The cleanliness was not acceptable! I have photos as evidence. Fridge not clean & door dirty, soap dispenser filthy, dish spunge filthy, l Bathroom mirror filthy. Brown marks in corner of toilet? Dirt & hair on bedside cabinet. Bin had coffee stains at bottom ? I had to clean the accommodations before I got bags out of car! Should not of thought it was acceptable to let out in this condition. Please show owners .photos by all means. Also asked for help to get TV on but no assistance. Also was not disclosed/made clear that the studio was in someone's garden!!!
