    Location, view, friendliness of the staff were second to none. Many small issues damaged our opinion

    Location was fantastic. Villas were (mostly) beautiful and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. When there were any issues with our stay they did everything they could to make it right. The problem is with just a little more effort from the management these issues wouldn't happen and so service recovery wouldn't be neccessary.

    Many small issues, inlcuding but not limited to - The maintenance and cleanliness of the villas was not up to the standard of the resort. Frayed wiring and damaged plugs, bed sheets not cleaned and changed when requested, pool remained dirty despite repeated requests to clean. Not only that but the final bill upon check out was all wrong, over double the correct price was charged. We had to go through every item with the team members to correct the bill. The place and the people were amazing, but these basic issues seem like managerial and training oversights that shouldn't occur in a place like this. Additionally the food was wildly overpriced.

    Avoid this in your Lombok trip

    After we were moved out of a horrible villa which was 12D we moved into 4E and it was beautiful looking. The area was super quiet

    Apartment 12D is disgusting and needs improvements or removed from the hotel as it looks nothing like what is advertised. Please consider 12D in your check in The only restaurant in the area was pricy and not worth It. Taxis organised by the hotel is disgustingly priced. Please use external taxi companies. So so many flies and bugs even if the nicer villa Pool was dirty in the grout lines Monkey poop on Outside furniture Shuttle service only happens at 10am and 4pm. Every other time you will have to pay 250k rupees
