Not very safe!
Location was close to the main attractions
1. One door doesn’t lock, although there are grills. 2. The boiler tends to “take off” in the night and the noise is substantial. 3. In our last night we were woken up by homeless people that started a fire to keep warm just outside our door that didn’t lock. When we notified the number we were given to contact the property they said that nothing can be done as they were on public ground. We couldn’t sleep because we were afraid we would intoxicate with monoxide because of the smoke. They left at 6 in the morning taking with them the vase used to burn the wood. 4. There are no windows, maybe a repurposed former garage.

Bien ubicado y equipado, pero mal insonorizado
La situación del apartamento es perfecta para hacer turismo. Puedes desplazarte andando al centro de Sevilla.
Es un apartamento en planta baja y hay un poco de ruido de la calle pero no es muy molesto. El problema es que hay otro apartamento al lado de la misma propiedad y está muy mal insonorizado. Escuchábamos música y conversaciones del otro apartamento hasta altas horas de la madrugada lo que hizo que nos costase descansar. Además la máquina de aerotermia que hay instalada en la cocina se activaba de noche y hacía mucho ruido. Por lo demás el apartamento está genial. Es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado.
