We had a loud noise (the sound of a fire alarm) in our room at 2am and they couldn’t turn it off, and had to switch middle of the night, we were only given $100 off from our stay when we should have been reimbursed, it was terrible. I had to fight for the credit too. Very disappointed. Watch out, no one cares there

View of boats and water were just what we were looking for, but restaurant was very disappointing.
Like the water view from the rooms and like the balcony. It was fun to see families having a good time along with their dogs. The firepits and seating was wonderful, along with the free s'mores fixing was a real treat.
We ate at the onsite restaurant. It was manned by some staff that wan not very friendly and they seemed very overworked. It took us an hour to get a very bad cardboard pizza and our server kept apologizing for the wait. Needless to say we did not eat there again. Another restaurant on the site would have been nice. Also, their drink menu was very limited. I can understand that they didn't have a big enough staff to make more choices available so we just ordered soft drinks, which did not get refilled until we called our server over and after an hour they were empty. The other thing that was a little concerning is that I never saw anything get picked up from the grounds outside. I finally started picking up garbage and people's left over clothes that was all over the grounds from the weekend stay.
