    We had a great time. The room was clean. We ate dinner at the buffet and the fiid was good.

    While eating dinner a waiter brought out new drinks and he took my straw from one glass and placed it in the new drink..... We also was told that our room was not ready yet due to house cleaning. You have a check in time and it was not met. I feel like in a place like that we should have been given free play or an upgrade sometime. Not just told we had to wait.

    Absolutely love it

    Beautiful, relaxing and everyone was so nice. Definitely coming back

    So many places to eat, wish we had a microwave to heat some left overs ( middle night munchies)

    Enjoyable

    Enjoyed our stay and our room was very good

    When checking out I explained I have a disability and can't stand for long but the staff member directed me to the longer line which wasn't good.

    Continuous unavoidable stench of cigar and cigarette stench

    It was very short

    You have to inform front desk if you require housekeeping as there are no door hangars and the service buttons don’t work. Not customer focused at all. A stay anywhere else is recommended
