    Excellent apartments in the city center, but no elevator!

    Excellent location, probably as central as it gets. It is only a couple of minutes' walk from Serdika Metro Station, where you can transfer to any metro line. The apartment itself is quite good, and most importantly, it is well soundproofed. At least during my 7-day stay, it was very quiet. There are a few minor issues, though. For example, there is no shelf in the shower, so there is nowhere to put soap or shampoo. The hosts (or property managers) respond very quickly to all questions and requests.

    However, despite all the advantages of these apartments, there is one major drawback: there is no elevator in the building. You have to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor via a steep staircase. If you have a lot of luggage and/or health issues, this can be quite a challenge. Guests should definitely be warned about this in advance, as it is a matter of health and accessibility. Because of this significant disadvantage, I cannot rate these apartments higher than 7 out of 10.

    Apartamento bien decorado y cómodo con algunos aspectos de mejora

    El apartamento por dentro estaba muy bien, bien decorado, con un baño amplio y cómodo y camas algo blandas para mi gusto pero que sin embargo a mi hija le parecieron cómodas, cocina estilo americano con un salón espacioso y estaba muy bien situado

    Había un contraste muy fuerte entre el interior y el exterior del apartamento. La entrada era un poco cutre así como las escaleras, pero estaban reformándo el edificio así que supongo que eso mejorará. Era un tercero sin ascensor, no muy cómodo para subir con las maletas. Y por último el menaje de cocina era un poco escaso (pocas tazas y vasos y no había tostadora)

    Beautiful apartment!

    It’s a beautiful spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment.

    There is no lift so carrying luggage up the stairs isn’t great.
