Best traditional experience for Muslim travellers!
The setup of the ryokan is so perfect! It has the traditional japanese feel with the tatami floors and architecture while still ensuring modern comforts with the bathroom and kitchen setups. The tub itself was also a highlight. We really appreciated the traditional yukatas to wear as well! The set up for muslim travellers was also very thoughtfully done - they gave us a whole box of crockery only used by muslims and prayer mats and sets for our stay. The breakfast itself was very generously portioned and delivered to the room easily. The location was lovely as well, it’s right off the corner of To-ji temple which has the tallest five story pagoda! The space is great for two people and felt very romantic for us on our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to everyone.
We assumed the welcome pack of treats would also be muslim-friendly but after translating, we realised they were not so perhaps that could be better considered in the future!

問い合わせしたときの対応が良かったきれいに掃除されていて気持ち良かった。近くにコンビニもあり、駐車場もあり便利だった。
隣の音？がきこえきになった。道路沿いで、朝から車の音が気になった。 4人で泊まったので、布団が２組は良かったが、他2組は薄い布団で差があったので、気まずかった。階段上の部屋だったので、思い荷物を運ぶのは大変だった。

They really paid attention to the details and provided everything you could need. The place was amazing and the extras and communication were outstanding. They were very accommodating to our needs and the location was perfect.
