    They sorted a problem quickly

    We were disappointed with our booking here. We arrived to check in only to be told the electricity in our room was down so they were moving us to their sister hotel “300m away” they brought us by taxi and it really was more than 300m to a worse hotel and charged us the same price. We were very disappointed as we booked the hotel for the area and how nice it looked for our final night in Vietnam but got a budget 2 star hotel with a pretty awful breakfast.
