    The room itself was comfortable. The location was useful for doing shopping at the Outlet stores in complex opposite the hotel. The use of the shuttle bus to get back to Sendai station on our day of checkout was extremely useful. It would have been great to have been told this existed for us to reach the hotel on the day we arrived.

    We should have done more research as would have preferred to be closer to Sendai central areas. We were very disappointed to be told that we could not get extra sugar or milk sachets before 7am and then were told to go downstairs to a dining room to collect them. we are from a culture in which coffee is preferred morning drink and so to not have enough sugar and milk to make our morning drink was very disappointing. We both like coffee with milk and 2 sugars in each. This was not provided in the room supplies and I feel we paid enough for the room to have this simple request satisfied.
