Great if you simply need a base to go off and do various activities
Modern, welcome pack and welcome from host were nice touches. Parking space (although unsure if vans or much bigger vehicles fit). This property is perfect for anyone who is going to be out all day. We left early and did not stay for our full booking, the host checked in with us when we left which was thoughtful. This property was lovely but really not what we were expecting, our fault I suppose, we should have ensured we fully understood everything described in writing and the photos.
The type of holiday we like is a basic one and we love the views at Sennen, plain and simple as that! The only sea view is from a random place in the terrace garden (very steep steps) or sat on two chairs on a small communal path (the photo showing the view) located very close to the owners door which was generally open so this changes the secluded preference. If it’s raining neither of these are areas you can still be in and look at the view. The beds were either too soft (bed) or like lying on a pallet (futon). The washing machine/tumble drier are not in the property they are communal so there maybe other peoples items in there. No smoking but a strong smell of smoke in the communal hallway. The door you use requires stealth closing otherwise the world and his wife knows you’ve gone out. The TV seemed to be possessed by a poltergeist, remote control (with tape all over) did not work very well and it was only randomly on the 2nd night it went onto a film channel. Yes we could have bothered the owners but it was late and small things like this should be regularly checked to ensure they work.

Wonderful!
The hosts, Lauren and Steve treated us like old family friends they were so friendly and helpful. This is the best equipped self catering accommodation we have ever experienced. We have been coming to Sennen for over 38 years and as we no longer have a touring caravan, know where we will be staying in future.

Excellent location beautiful private garden super equipped kitchen and modern bathroom
Stairs up to the apartment were slightly challenging as no hand rail but the host have said this is going to be addressed.
