    Bad experience

    I don't know how this has an 8.9 Booking.com rating The only thing going for this place is the location, it has an elevator and wifi

    4 days before we were due to arrive I received a message telling me I was free to cancel, I enquired as to why? It was because if I didn't agree to pay an extra 150000 krw I could cancel It was advised that the extra fee was because of seongsan sunrise festival. I argued that I booked this accommodation in April and you knew my dates back then. I had already paid in full 320000krw. So at such late notice if I didn't pay then my family would have nowhere to stay for the next 2 nights. The shower was over the toilet and everything got wet when you had a shower. They provided disposable bowls to eat out of We asked for plates that took a bit to organise We got 2 dinner plates and 2 bread and butter plates for the 4 of us They had soap from the previous guests, it wasn't renewed The host was not very responsive For a self contained accommodation they didn't provide much

    Muy bien ubicado para subir al volcán a ver amanecer. Tiene aparcamiento propio. La dueña es agradable y a pesar de no hablar inglés intenta comunicarse y se hace entender. Habitación familiar amplia, de estilo tradicional.
