Broken door with person inside
Cheap and location near station is handy for quick travelers
Multiple issues, rooms were moldy and not very well maintained. We had multiple rooms. Bathroom door mechanisms were already quite sketch, one was outright broken and you had to pull it open. Another sometimes worked from the inside. However after one of us got stuck in Bathroom, the door didn't work from the outside anymore. We eventually got the door open after 15 minutes. Would not recommend

It's near to Seoul Station and Lotte Rent A Car shop. Definitely great for overnight stay.
The climbing of stairs to 3rd level is a great challenge especially if you have bulky luggages to handle. This is the only downside. Else all is acceptable as expected of a guesthouse.

Great location!
Great location! This is our second time staying at this guesthouse. We were here three years ago with the whole family and this time it’s just a couple holiday and we chose to stay here again because of its convenient location. It’s easy to get from the airport to Seoul Station, and the guesthouse is just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is compact but has everything you need. It’s clean and comfortable, and checking in and out is very easy. It’s not particularly fancy, but it has everything we need. Since we had a good experience here last time and this time we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seoul!
The combined toilet and shower room in this room. It’s too small. I think if you are on a bigger size like us you will have difficulty.
