    Did not meat our expectations

Location was good - the main lobby restaurant and bar looked very nice

The rest of the building except of the main lobby restaurant and bar looked old and dirty. The stuff told us the next morning that the hotel had not been completely renovated. The carpet especially walking to our room was dirty and in bad condition. Room was also not as expected. Unpleasant smell old and not really clean. Overall you get the impression from the images that it is luxurious and clean but we experienced something else.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at September Hotel! The hotel offered an incredible off-season deal, with rates even better than those of much more basic hotels in Thessaloniki. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. As first-time guests, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful, spacious Executive Room with a huge terrace and direct pool access. We were also offered complimentary breakfast, which was such a lovely gesture! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful room to the outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel!
