    Exceptional property, enjoyable stay

    Top-quality accommodation is located in the very centre of San Miniato. Very spacey and comfortable, it offers all the amenities one could reasonably desire.

    The guests should be aware of several flights of stairs to the apartment.

    Superb

    It was just perfect, at least for us. The apartment is large, bright, with a good repair, and looks gorgeous. You will have everything you need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. The location is great too, it's in the center of the old town, but there is a large parking lot nearby, a grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy. If you want to go to other parts of the city, the bus stop is 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.

    It's not something bad, but it's worth noting: the apartment is on the top floor (obviously), there is no elevator, and the stairs are quite steep, so be prepared to climb with all the suitcases and kids :) Also, for some reason, the place where the house is located is liked by local youth, so you can hear conversations and laughter until late at night. But the bedroom windows face the courtyard, so you'll not hear anything with the door closed.
