More than a month has passed and we still did not receive the security deposit back. Not only this, we have been lied to on multiple occasions about it. Stay clear of this place! UPDATE: after six weeks of back and forth they managed to send me back my money, but charged the 30 AUD of bank transfer charges on me and refused to reimburse it to me unless I remove my negative review! Their message: "If you agree to remove the negative review and send us a screenshot, we will reimburse the $30 that was deducted from you." STAY AWAY!
