    La ubicación justo al lado del Teatro Arriaga que te permite visitar muchas zonas de la ciudad caminando. La limpieza y estado general del hotel.

    La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero tampoco fue un gran inconveniente. Al no tener parking propio si vas en coche es casi obligado tener que utilizar un parking público. Hay uno muy próximo en la plaza que hay frente al hotel.

    Enjoyable, relaxing stay

    Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, prime location for the Old Town and the Metro/other public transport. Good range of breakfast options, cooked or uncooked. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

    Nothing really except that our room was on the 6th floor and the lift only reaches the 5th😅

    Zeer veel lawaai, zowel van buitenaf als in het hotel De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde stond er alleen voor, zij kon met zoveel gasten onmogelijk alles opruimen en bijvullen

    Fabulous, great location, lovely room with brilliant staff

    Location is great, our room is lovely and I had a lovely note and birthday treat left in my room for me. I would definitely stay here again
