Очень плохой сервис и неуважительное отношение к гостям

Грязный бассейн плавает грязь и листва, никто не чистил, грязные полотенца, сломанные кондиционеры, грязные туалеты, грязные матрасы, плохой сервис, отключали воду, свет, бездомные ходят по территории, не работали сейфы, муравьи по дому, стиральная машинка ужасно грязная и пахнет. Музыкальная система не работает, полы грязные, в носках не походить. Грязная территория.

The kitchen cupboards need to be repaired, they were extremely frustrating and some of them are broken. There was no bottle opener nor potato peeler.
