Very clean & comfy house w/ a fun game room.
The place was nice & clean. The game room w/ the pool table & darts was a big hit. The living room was very cozy & we enjoyed the large TV & sound system. Beds were comfy & the place was very clean. The full bathroom upstairs was really nice. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen & some of the appliances available were very nice to use & handy. There was plenty of cabinet storage for our items & a large refrigerator as well. Having the half bath downstairs was great since we had 4 people sharing the full bath upstairs. Plenty of closet space, but no dressers were available.
The house temperature was very warm when we arrived. I'm sure its set to a certain temp when no one is there, but it took hours later that evening before the temperature got cooler & comfortable. We had to adjust it again the next day since it was set to go back up to the higher temp. The bedrooms were a little warmer upstairs compared to downstairs & some drapes might be helpful to keep some of the heat out. The washer & dryer we used were very unstable & wobbly, but we got our clothes washed & dried. The water did not drain well in the washing machine, so they were almost soaked going into the dryer. The place did look to need a little bit of maintenance & repairs on a few things.

We would stay again, I just think the owner needs to pay a little more attention to detail.
The house was clean and spacious. We would stay here again.
I think it needs more attention to detail for the renters. There weren't enough towels. The washing machine was nasty, the lid wasn't attached to the machine so we didn't feel safe using it. The air conditioner was always turned up high after we returned from being gone all day. Not sure how, ???, it was turned up but when you've been out in the heat you don't want to come home to a HOT house.
