Bien, pero es un departamento.
La ubicación y la cordialidad de los propietarios. Es un departamento de tres ambientes: un comedor-cocina y dos dormitorios. Para una familia con hijos está bien.
Si bien el interior del departamento está en muy buenas condiciones, el edificio donde se encuentra está muy deteriorado. No es un pequeño hotel (lo q en Argentina se conoce como bed and breakfast), sino un departamento de alquiler particular. Eso no lo esperábamos y nos decepcionó un poco.

tolles Appartement in super zentraler Lage!
Es gab Frühstückbons für 2 umliegende Bars. Ich habe nur einen davon eingelöst. Mir wäre lieber, der Preis würde gesenkt, als dass ich Bons erhalte. Es wäre also gut, die Möglichkeit zu haben, MIT oder OHNE Frühstück das Appartement zu buchen. Sehr gut war, dass immer Wasser im Kühlschrank bereitstand.
wenig Abstellfläche im Bad Und es wird saubergemacht, auch wenn man das nicht (so oft) möchte. Sonst war alles gut.

Location would be great if staying in the city. Assistance of Ottavio who assisted with our luggage from our parked car in next street then carried our bags from the courtyard up the stairs. Returned next morning to assist Very helpful for 2 mature travellers with heavy bags.
No breakfast provided. Voucher for a coffee and bread roll at local cafe offered. Kitchen area was shared with another room. Listed as having parking but is private parking 15 minutes from site - not ideal when moving luggage over uneven surfaced footpaths. Entry to property is through 2 courtyards then 2 flights stairs. Information needs to be made clear on booking site.

Excellent location. Clean and fresh room, nicely decorated. Friendly host that happily shared recommendations on restaurants and things to see and do. Easy walking distance to ferries and bus to visit nearby villages. A lot of restaurants and bars just outside the door.
The entrance to the room is a bit rough. As it is part of a very old building in the middle of the old town. It contributes to the charm but can also feel a bit rough and dirty. The breakfast is in a nearly located café/bar. The breakfast is good but depending on preference, not so filling (a coffee, a cornetto/croissant, and a juice).
