I stayed at this hotel for the second time, this time for one night. I really appreciated its convenient location and the friendly, helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any arrangements or organizational matters. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return again.

Everything was amazing, from the comfy and clean rooms to the amazing staff who went above and beyond for us more than once. Alice truly made it an experience we will never forget, that's the reason we have stayed there twice already. We got early check ins and late check outs, when we needed to leave early food was even provided for us without a hassle. We are just blown away every time we stay here. Great location and great service, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking to stay in Hanoi.

    Exceptional Service

The service by Alice was superb! Alice orgsnised us breakfast early in the morning to take with us on our travels. Very welcoming and also allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and while we went to other locations around Hanoi. Very accommodating, exceptional service 😊
