    NEEDS A LOT OF WORK

    The location is close to shops Quick response when there's a problem

    The bad smell in the house - cigarette smell Very old towels Upon arrival, I had to change a light bulb in the bedroom on the left. Very old bedding Very uncomfortable beds Unclean bedding and mattress No air freshner in the toilets No toilet cleaner/reshners - unhygienic Froze the whole night on first day, due to heating system not working This is far from being a villa!!!!!!! Misleading Staff not friendly, did not greet! Aircon remote still did not work!

    It was a good location to shops and train station. Reasonably clean but cleaners could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. Spacious for the 4 of us.

    Considering what we payed I would expect at the very least to get an assortment of teas and coffee on hand and staples in the cupboard. Not enough blankets so we were cold at night considering the heating doesn't reach the back rooms and the 2 extra comforters were stained. Tv didn't work, it turned on but Netflix wouldn't open.

    The location is easy to access to Coles Supermarket, MCD, Dôme, Foods stalls and etc. Victor (the owner) was very fast responses and quick fix actions.

    Room 2 and 3 without Air Conditioning or Air Heating. But do equipped with moveable portable fan.
