Comfortable enough stay, but walking across very wet/sodden oval to access was difficult.
Proximity to the venue we were attending. Outdoor deck area was large & very pleasant to relax on. The outlook & view was very special. Shower facilities were very good. Guesthouse was comfortable enough, but was definitely not the standard we expected for the cost.
Don’t think house had been serviced, as there was no coffee, tea or milk on arrival. Although these were supplied when requested. Crumbs on counter & floor spotted. Bed was not made properly & had hair on sheet.. the towels were thin, no hand towel or flannels provided. The walk across the oval to access property was not communicated until after booking was made. This should be included in original description, as carrying luggage can be difficult. Also, the oval became a lake during our stay due to heavy rain, meaning that we got very wet feet. The offered shoe covers were accessed in excrement filled letter box.

Cute and cosy house with gorgeous views and a tranquil setting. Kitchen was well equipped, if we had wanted to cook.
No path to the gate, grass was very muddy. We made sure to wear workbooks across the park

Serenely relaxing location certainly delivered Views&Vibes!
The Serene Waterfront GuestHouse was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, quiet location. Easily drivable to variety of shops at Saratoga and broader Central Coast locations as well as walk to ferry at Veterans Hall. Everything you'd expect for a relaxing short break. Planning a return visit!
