The morning view was not bad
The steps and stairs were very uncomfortable and not within safety levels. Since no lifts or elevators was very difficult

Great hotel with amazing views and caring staff.
This is my second time in Ella. Serenite Ella exceeded my expectations. A very good hotel with exceptional cleanliness and views of the waterfalls from the balcony and the infinity pool. The breakfast served was really good. Even at dinner the food was very good and arrived in decent waiting time. Special mention to the staff. Everyone from breakfast staff to helpers who carry your bag, bar tenders at the restaurant and the front office staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return to stay at Serenite Ella. Thank you.

Amazing stay and beautiful view. Comfortable, clean, lovely pool, and perfect staff.
The hotel was extremely comfortable. A beautiful view in the middle of the mountains. Food was great, and they had beer and shisha available (which is not common). Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I would've loved to stay longer.
I knew this and it didn't bother me, but it's not walking distance to anything (which is the whole point if you want to have an amazing view in the middle of the mountains).
