Ubytování je blízko centra, v okolí je dobrý výběr restaurací a obchůdků. Díky samoobslužnému systému pro check in nebyl vůbec problém ubytovat se po půlnoci. Byt je kompletně vybaven (kuchyňské nádobí, pračka), takže člověk může nakoupit u pokojích trhovců čerstvé ingredience a připravit si například snídani. Dům se nachází ve staré zástavbě v boční ulici.
Zaparkovat auto v centru Tirany je trošku peklo, ale vždy se nám to podařilo v okruhu 1 km od bytu. Zastavit na vyložení a naložení u vchodu není problém, je to v celém městě běžná praxe. Okolí domu není nejčistší částí města.
