Everything was great.

The location and privacy were excellent.
The property was beautiful and very functional. I appreciate that the owner responded quickly to my e-mails when I had questions. I look forward to staying there again.
1. Ants on the kitchen counter. 2. Shower curtain would not stay in place. It was easier to shower without it. 3. Would prefer the shower sprayer to hang / attach to the wall.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Nikolaus' house. The house has a beautiful large garden, 2 wonderful terraces. And it's just a miracle to have such a cozy plot right by the sea. The nearest beaches are a 5-minute walk away, and by car you can get to all the other beaches around in 10-15 minutes. The house has everything you need for a comfortable life. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, including security. Very clean. A wonderful host who was always in touch with us if needed. We definitely recommend this accommodation!
