Despite the fact that the apartment itself was comfortable, the check-in experience was absolutely unacceptable. We were sent incorrect information and an incorrect access code. There was no entrance number for the building, and when we tried to contact the owner or the person responsible for the property, nobody answered our calls or messages. We had to spend more than an hour outside, waiting and desperately trying to get someone to respond. Travelling with three children, this was extremely stressful and completely unnecessary. Guests should not have to stand outside with luggage and children, unable to enter the property, simply because the host cannot provide correct check-in instructions or answer the phone. There were also issues inside the apartment: the drainage in the bathroom sink was not working properly, and the electric kettle did not work. The apartment itself could have been a good place to stay, but the terrible organization and complete lack of communication ruined the experience. Very unpleasant and frustrating experience. I absolutely do not recommend this property.
