The resort itself is lovely. It's right on the beach and very peaceful. The room is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. Could do with an extra pillow. Only 2 provided on a double bed. I saw reviews that mentionned tvs in the room but we didn't have one. The gym was also great. I hadn't seen any mention of it so it was a great surprise. The resort has the potential to be really lovely but it is so massively understocked and under staffed it doesn't end up feeling like a treat to stay there. It feels like you're constantly getting ripped off.
Very dissapointing stay from the beginning. When we checked in we realised the door to the room wouldnt lock. We went back to ask about this and they seemed surprised and said someone would come to check but no one ever came. We followed up with it again that evening and the following morning and someone came to fix it the following morning. There was a shortage of towels throughout our stay. We only got one towel on arrival and when we asked for pool towels we were told there were no more. There were only around 6 other people around the pool all with their own towels. It seems like the resort is sooo unbelievably understocked on everything which isnt acceptable with the price they are charging. Meals and drinks are extortionate prices. A main meal runs from 50 to 95. And a coffee is 11 FJD. The all inclusive doesn't seem worth it as a lot of the main meal options are not included, and a lit of options we ordered were not available. They also didnt have a lot of the drinks we tried to order. So I was very relieved we hadn't done the all inclusive as it didn't seem to actually be all inclusive and it is very expensive. In fact if you were to get the most expensive options available on the meal plan for dinner the max it could cost you is 120 FJD. (Pics included for reference, the pork, rib eye and lamb were not included in the meal plan) They are charging 140 per person for a 3 course dinner(not all inclusive)on the meal plan. Also, at the end when we paid our bill there was a service charge added to everything. This is on top of the 3% card charge you have no option but to pay since they only accept card. This service charge was inconsistent throughout, 20% on some items, 12%, 10%, 7% on others. We couldn't make any sense of it and they are not included in the menu prices.

The water is beautiful and crystal‑clear. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very quiet.
This stay completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday in Fiji. As an Asian guest, I felt that I was treated noticeably differently from other guests and after experiencing the same pattern repeatedly over three days, I seriously questioned whether racial bias was involved. First, the arrival experience was extremely uncomfortable. I personally saw other guests and families being welcomed with welcome drinks/gifts and proper attention, while I was essentially left sitting by the sofa. I had arrived early, so I completely understood that the room might not be ready immediately. I was initially told that it would probably take around one hour, which was absolutely fine. What was not fine was that nobody came back to update me afterwards or tell me when the room was actually ready. I was simply left there waiting while watching other guests receive a much warmer welcome. Second, the resort boat service was honestly terrible, especially considering how much guests are charged for the transfer. On the way to the island, the driver told me that they needed to load cargo. I arrived at around 10:00 a.m. and ended up waiting until around noon. On the return journey, the boat even stopped in the middle of the sea. I have taken many hotel and island transfers before, and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Third, the billing and internal communication were extremely disorganised. At check-in, I selected and fully paid for the all-inclusive package. Yet when I checked out, the staff still tried to charge me for the same package again. It genuinely felt as though the different departments were not communicating with each other at all. The dining experience was the worst part. I specifically paid for an all-inclusive package covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, but most meals became an exercise in waiting. Except for lunch on the first day, service was unbelievably slow.
