    An absolute oasis of peace and romance. Breathtaking sunsets.

    We had a wonderful holiday here. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped; it had absolutely everything we needed, both in the kitchen and throughout the unit. We were looking for peace and privacy, and this place delivered perfectly. We were especially charmed by the large balcony with its magnificent ocean view, where we watched fantastic sunsets every evening. The location is also excellent—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and would love to come back.

    Sewage in dishwasher

    The view

    I wish I were exaggerating, but there was actually sewage in the dishwasher. The smell was absolutely horrendous — foul smelling wastewater had backed up into the dishwasher and sink. I think that smell will stay with me for a long time. What shocked me even more was the host’s response. When we reported it, they basically said they already knew about the issue and that we just needed to keep the sink plug closed. That was it. No apology, no acknowledgement of how disgusting and unhygienic it was, and no real concern about the impact on our stay. A plumber was sent, but after that we found the sink and dishwasher far too disgusting to use for the rest of our stay. We also didn’t feel comfortable using the plates or cutlery from the dishwasher. We also found cockroaches in the room and lots of ants on the balcony. Perhaps insects are more common on the island, so I wouldn’t have made a big issue of this on its own. The balcony cushions were also mouldy. But frankly, all of that felt minor compared with sewage in the dishwasher. The view is great, but unfortunately it could not make up for such an unpleasant and unhygienic stay.

    Krásný apartmán s veškerým vybavením, nádhernou terasou s výhledem na západ slunce nad Gomerou. Parkování v areálu, kousek od supermarketu do 15 minut u rušnějšího pobřeží. Přesto jsme měli klid na spaní a relax. Určitě doporučujeme.

    V apartmánu je spousta až bych řekla zbytečných cedulek s nápisy co člověk smí a nesmí v apartmánu dělat, přičemž stejné informace obdrží hosté několikrát i ve zprávě od majitele. Chápu, že ne vždy se hosté chovají slušně, myslím ale, že stačí tyto informace uvádět pouze jednou. Také bych uvítala další menší ručník na vlasy a šampon + sprchový gel v klasickém balení (na apt dostupné pouze pytlíčky testerů).
