    We left the accommodation and was unable to stay due to the stench of sewage / drainage. There was loud building works down the hall and the noise was extremely loud. The location felt very unsafe, with dirty burnt mattresses out the back near the main entrance. There were also people hovering next to the property that were what appeared to be on substances. My 9 year old daughter was extremely upset and felt very unsafe. We left shortly after arriving and had to arrange different accommodation as we were 4 hours away from home. Despite raising my concerns we were not offered a refund.
