    The room was clean, aesthetic and beautiful location

    The lady at the lagoon was very rude. Extra costs which were not initially included were added which was inconvenient like paying for both entrance and boat rides. No air-conditioner or heater of some sort, and it was cold.

    I liked that it's a chilled place. Lagoon beyipholile and it was the perfect day that we visited as it was during the week, not a lot of people were there. I liked that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom, so thoughtful. The agent (K)was very lovely to communicate with🌸

    The oven n baking pan was really dirty, I couldn't use it. The pot for pap wasn't washed properly, I had to wash it myself. The sheets had map and the blanket had a very bad smell, we didn't use it. The place needs proper deep cleaning and there were a few small cockroaches. We booked from Tue to Friday but we had to go through the process of getting stamps everyday to access the lagoon(not complaining much about this coz it doesnt take long but it would be nicer to do biometric once off and access everywhere with your face/finger print until check out). Facial recognition only worked for 1 day
