  Very spacious villa with plenty of space. The area was very quiet. Good for relaxing.

  The location of the property was a bit of an issue. It was middle of nowhere, every taxi driver struggled to find the villa. It took our driver from the airport 45 mins to find the villa, Sat nav didn't help either. The same problem happened when leaving for the airport. No shops or amenities nearby. Closest shop was 15/20 mins walk.

  The property was modern with a nice feel. The pool was brilliant and a great addition for the children.

  You absolutely need a car, this is not stated in any review I seen before booking. We had an infestation of ants in every cupboard in the kitchen. It’s very over looked and one evening at 9.20 the owner messaged to say there had been a noise complaint from a neighbour of the apartment directly next to the villa, we have children and they were enjoying the pool. The next night we didn’t let them in the pool and the neighbours in the villa directly next door were making lots of loud noise until 1am 😳 The shelf came away from the wall in the lounge and I told the owner but nobody came to fix it during our stay. I would recommend if you have children and needed to be close to amenities to stay in Dalyan, we spent most of our time here.

  Der Kontakt zum Vermieter (Herr Salih) war in Ordnung. Die Villa liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Straße in einem Wohngebiet. Den genauen Ort kann man erst nach euner genauen Beschreibung vom Vermieter finden. Die Angaben bei booking.com sind ungenau. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-/Einzelbetten, 4 Duschen und ein Tischtenniszimmer. Der Pool wurde jeden Abend von einem älteren Herren geprüft und gereinigt. Man ist mit dem Autoin wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt von Dalaman. Der nächste Supermarkt (A101).ist ca. 500m entfernt.

  Der Wasserdruck war mangelhaft. Nach unserer Bitte wurde das kontrolliert, jedoch hat sich das Problem nur ganz wenig verbessert. Man hatte teilweise schon Probleme allein zu duschen. Mit mehrere Personen gleichzeitig duschen ist nicht möglich. In den Duschen EG und 2.OG war Warmduschen fast gar nicht möglich. !!! Aufpassen - die Fliesen auf der Terrasse und in der Wohnung werden mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser auf der Oberfläche verdammt glatt. Bei uns ist jemand gestürzt, glücklicherweise ohne schlimmere Verletzungen !!!
