For the first time in many years, we stayed in an apartment that had everything we needed - not just for a short visit, but especially for a long stay. Great location, just a couple of minutes from the sea, quiet area, and very comfortable overall.

First, let me tell you that the review is based on country, Albania. It is a great location! Durres is a port city and has two main boulevards considered "city center" on esplanades and the property is close to one of main streets. Let's say 5 mins walking to the beach. Sergio is a supportive person, ready to help you in any way and regardless the hour! The property is not instantly reached because of google maps problems. On short, from the point google maps drives you, you have to take one of the two small streets to arrive at destination BUT Segio will wait for you there. You will reach the property by lift operated by RFI card, more secure. The apartment is an one bedroom apartment, with living open space with kitchen. You can find all amenities as described. It has ceramic floors in all apartment. Here I can make a suggestion to Sergio or to you, the reader: you will need slippers. The heating is ensured by an A/C with inverter in living and a hot plate electric radiator in bedroom. It was quite cold outside at beginning of March but we had no problem with heating inside. I have no idea if that's enough for winter! In the living you have a corner sofa and in bedroom a queen (king?!) size bed. We felt comfortable in both of them. For shopping, Sergio will show you (if you ask!) a supermarket Extra. I found that it is a chain with good prices compared with others. There are 2 SPAR supermarkets somewhere in the city but they are not better.
It was a lovely time for us, so, I have nothing to add at negative. I'd emphasize the ceramic floors which request the need of slippers ... on you or provided by Sergio.
