When choosing a room with an All-Inclusive plan (Serhs Inclusive), guests are entitled to breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Boa opção na Via Costeira
Boa estrutura do hotel, bom café da manhã, opções de restaurante, bar do lobby com piano, área da piscina e praia com atendimento do bar.
O hotel precisa verificar a questão de formigas nas instalações, apareceram algumas no banheiro do quarto durante a estadia. Um dos colchões das camas não estava tão confortável. Dependendo do quarto, as varandas ficam próximas umas das outras, com menos privacidade. Os restaurantes disponíveis tem qualidade variável, o buffet do almoço é apenas razoável e não vale o preço, o de carnes teve diferença entre os pratos, um estava muito bom, o outro não. Ter que usar pulseira durante a estadia pode ser um pouco incômodo, mas não chega a ser um problema.

Atendimento dos funcionários fantastico, sempre sorridentes e prestativos.
O restaurante de frutos do mar, pedimos uma lagosta, mas ela nao estava no ponto, faltou cozinhar mais... O restaurante de carnes, no primeiro dia, tivemos um contratempo com pedido de sobremesa, parecia que nosso pedido nao havia sido feito, quando solicitado, e outras mesas com pedidos posterior ao nosso, já haviam sido sercidas..... Fora isso, nada a reclamar ou questionar, Hotel muito bom.
