Very helpful staff
The staff were brilliant - I had to make a very late booking at 11pm and they treated me as if I had had a long planned booking

Like a Derelict Hotel With No Management – Rude Staff, Filthy Rooms and Absolutely No Privacy!
The location was excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The shower was also surprisingly powerful, which was one of the few positives during my stay.
Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel felt poorly managed, unprofessional and, at times, quite uncomfortable. From the moment I checked in, I found the reception staff rude, blunt and unwelcoming. I couldn't help but feel that English guests were treated differently. When another European guest approached reception, it was suddenly all smiles and laughter, which was a stark contrast to how I was treated. My room was at the very end of the corridor, and my key card repeatedly stopped working. Every time I had to make the long walk back to reception to get it sorted. On one occasion, the receptionist actually rolled her eyes when I explained that it had happened again. No apology, no understanding, just attitude. The complete lack of privacy was probably the most concerning part of my stay. Staff seemed to think they could enter my room whenever they liked. On one occasion, I was sitting on my balcony when I heard voices inside. I walked back in to find THREE men in my room carrying out electrical testing, without anyone properly informing me or asking permission. On another occasion, the cleaners simply walked into my room while I was asleep. A single knock followed by immediately opening the door is not acceptable. Guests deserve privacy. The condition of the hotel was equally shocking. There were water leaks, power issues and even a power cut. Most bizarrely, there were holes in the ceiling that appeared to have been covered over with old bedsheets, seemingly stapled into place to hide the damage rather than actually repair it. I've genuinely never seen anything quite like it in a hotel. The fan in my room was absolutely filthy and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since 1987. The food was awful, and the restaurant atmosphere was uncomfortable. There were groups of men staring at me, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Service was another disaster. Twice I sat outside waiting to be served, only to be completely ignored.
