Das Zimmer war sauber und man hatte den Eindruck, dass es erst vor Kurzem renoviert wurde (vor ca. 2 Jahren). Das Essen war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Besonders Andrei, Aaron, Lucia und Carina haben dazu beigetragen, unseren Urlaub noch schöner und angenehmer zu gestalten.
Leider gab es keinen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Der Kaffee aus den Kaffeeautomaten war für mich persönlich nicht trinkbar :). Ich bin allerdings sehr anspruchsvoll, was Kaffee angeht, und das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung. Alle anderen Gäste haben reichlich Kaffee getrunken. :)) Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel auch solche Gäste berücksichtigen und ihnen zumindest einen guten Kaffee kostenlos anbieten würde.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue el espacio, la ubicación y la posibilidad de disfrutar de la piscina de Taurito. También destacaría las vistas y, especialmente, la comodidad de la cama, que me encantó. En cuanto a la comida, se come bastante bien y hay variedad para elegir.
Creo que la limpieza de las zonas comunes podría mejorar bastante, especialmente en el área de la piscina. En ocasiones, las hamacas tenían excrementos de paloma, había vasos tirados y las mesas estaban manchadas de bebidas. Es cierto que algunos turistas tampoco contribuyen a mantener los espacios limpios, por lo que considero que es una responsabilidad compartida. Aun así, quizás sería conveniente reforzar el personal de limpieza para mantener estas zonas en mejores condiciones durante todo el día y ofrecer una experiencia más agradable a los huéspedes. En cuanto a la comida, en general está bien y es variada. Como sugerencia, añadiría crepes o tortitas al desayuno, ya que suelen gustar mucho a los niños y mi hija se llevó una pequeña decepción al comprobar que no había.
