Já é a segunda vez que fico nestes apartamentos e gosto muito! São espaçosos, confortáveis, bem equipados e têm uma localização excelente, perto de duas estações de metro, supermercados, comércio e restaurantes. Nesta última estadia, tive um problema com o colchão, que era péssimo, com molas, mas a equipa foi impecável! Foram extremamente atenciosos, educados e rápidos a resolver a situação, substituindo-o por um novo, que era maravilhoso. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a forma como tudo foi tratado. Como pequena sugestão de melhoria, seria ótimo disponibilizarem alguns itens básicos para facilitar a estadia, como um pouco de sal, algumas cápsulas extras de café e uma ou duas cápsulas para a máquina de lavar louça. São pequenos detalhes que fazem diferença, sobretudo tendo em conta o valor que se paga pelo alojamento. De resto, só tenho elogios! O conforto, a localização e, principalmente, a simpatia e a atenção da equipa fazem toda a diferença. Recomendo muito e voltaria a ficar aqui sem hesitar!

Great location, comfortable and spacious
Great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. One lady went to the car park to explain the different car chargers. The other receptionist provided useful information on restaurants close by, how to get to the metro which was 5 minutes walk away and best station to get off for easy access to all that Porto offered. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very spacious, comfortable bed and good shower. Great to have private underground parking
Only a very minor issue, the taps in the bathroom and toilet sinks made it very awkward to actually use the sink
