  Don't fall for it

  Location is good, though right next to a massage spa that was clearly taking on other types of work... The 'instagrammable' rooms, i.e. the main bedroom and living room had been decorated to a nice standard to lure you in with good photos, but the rest was horrid.

  Awful stay. I'm just going to list the main problems out: 1. The downstairs bathroom has a woodlouse infestation; every time we went down there, there were 2-3 new insects crawling around the sink, walls and/or floor. This is because the wooden cabinets and floorboards in both bathrooms are so rotted away that it leaves huge gaps for other people's hair and toilet paper to gather, and bugs to get in. 2. You cannot use the patio, even though it's still listed under amenities and photos with open patio doors suggest otherwise (a key reason for us booking since there were 7 of us staying, and it ended up being a heatwave). We booked this place 5-6 weeks before our stay and the owner waited until the day before to let us know we couldn't use it, then only offered us only a 50% refund to cancel due to this change in information. 3. The balcony doors are locked with the key hidden, which I'm pretty sure is a fire safety issue for 4 floors/7 people. When we used the oven and the heat was so bad that it was making the fire alarm go off (despite having 3 fans in the kitchen trying to push the heat out), we asked the owner politely to know where the key is and promised we would not use the patio. They were pretty condescending in their reply, sending a picture pointing to small vent saying we would be fine because of this. The room was at 34 degrees at the time, and rising. 4. The hallways and bathrooms are so run down that it felt like walking into a student house of my uni days. It really needs a refresh and a good scrub. I was so disappointed with the place and feeling like I'd let down my friends by using our money to book this place that when I first got there I actually burst into tears. In the end, it became a joke among our friends as it is what it is, but if you're expecting the kind of quality suggested in the photos, stay away. Booking.

  Der Aufenthalt war sehr erlebnisreich, die Unterkunft war zweckmässig und an einer super Lage.

  Die Lage war sensantionell.

  Fehlende Bettdecken, Dusche oben, sehr heiss

  Labai gera lokacija. Erdvus apartamentai. Šalia autobuso stotelės ir skanaus maisto restoranai, taip pat šalia ir maisto parduotuvė. Švari patalynė. Aiškios šeimininko pateiktos instrukcijos.

  Butas per keletą aukštų ir su mažesniais vaikais nelabai patogu, kai į vonios kambarius naktį reikia eiti skirtinguose aukštuose. Butas gan šarus, bet apatinio aukšto vonios kambaryje kriauklėje ir ant spintelės ropojo vabalai. Išsiskalbus rūbus nebuvo kur jų padžiauti, nes nebuvo jokios džiovyklės. Nepatogi sofa lova stovinti palei langa. Permažos pagalves.

  The location is perfect. Waking distance from metro station, shops and restaurants.

  Apartment needs a full renovation. Photos were probably made a long time ago. Terrace is under terrible condition and doors were even locked. Not possible to use it at all.
