  I Like the quite, clean place and most of the facilities. The only issue was the weakness of the Internet Wi-Fi. Thanks for Mr D W for his help and support.

  The property is well located fir walking into town. However, it is in a very busy road which is noisy. Also, although we were advised that we could pull up outside to drop bags, it was impossible as it was a bus Lane. However, we found parking not too far away. The flat could do with a refurb as it looks very tired and cheaply furnished, but it was ok for us for one night.

  Clean & Tidy apartment, good location

  The apartment was very clean and in a great location only 10-15 Mins walk from the Barbican with lots of bars/restaurants and the main Park. We will certainly return when visiting Plymouth.

  Great apartment for our needs.

  I stayed at this property with my mum & 3 children for a local mini break. It was in a really great location for us as the Plymouth Fair was in walking distance as was the Barbican and Rockfish where we had a fabulous dinner. I was anxious about the parking but it was very easy parking in a nearby street. The manager of the property arranged for camp beds so my boys could sleep in the same room which worked really well. My only complaints are the shower was really tricky to get the right temperature, there were no tea towels and the tv was quite difficult to use initially. There could have been more seating too in the living area. I would highly recommend this property.
