    Innenstadtnah mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente

    Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Stadt! Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente, die Wohnung erinnert an einen alten Weinkeller, auf höchstem Niveau ausgebaut, sieht sehr chic und außergewöhnlich aus! Alles im Untergeschoss, mit einer kleinen Terrasse im Innenhof, die zum Verweilen einlädt!

    In das Untergeschoss, in die Wohnung, führt eine 20stufige Treppe, die leider kein Geländer hat! Mit älteren Personen, aber auch für Kinder, eine schwierige Angelegenheit!
