  Asukoht oli ok,õueala ja bassein puhkuseks igati meeldiv

  Kahjuks ei olnud seal dussigeeli,vedelseepi ega sampooni, 10 päeva jaoks oli 2 rulli wc paberit. 10 päeva jooksul oleks soovinud ka voodipesu vahetamise võimalust. Suure vihmaga tuli vesi sisse nii laest kui ka uste ja akende vahedest. Laes olevatest vee jälgedest oli näha,et see ei olnud esimene kord. Kahjuks omanik ei reageerinud üldse meie sõnumi peale,et põrandal on rohkelt vett.

  Disappointing and poor value for money — not suitable without a car, limited facilities, ant problem

  The house was small, but perfectly adequate for a holiday and had everything we needed in terms of space. The beds were comfortable enough, and having air conditioning in the rooms was definitely appreciated. There were two beers and two Coca-Colas left for us on arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. Personally, I would have preferred some bottled water instead of the Coca-Cola, particularly as our children don’t drink sugary fizzy drinks, so unfortunately there wasn't anything suitable for them. The tap water also never seemed to run cold and was always quite warm, possibly because of the heat and the water pipes being close to the surface.

  We booked this house mainly for the pool and location, as we specifically wanted a holiday without needing a car. Unfortunately, despite appearing on Google Maps to be around a 25-minute walk from Port de Sóller, it really isn't suitable for a car-free stay. You cannot walk along the road to Port de Sóller because it goes through a tunnel with no pedestrian access. The alternative is an hour-long route over the mountain, which is a proper rocky, steep hike. We did it once and didn't repeat it. Even reaching the bus stop involves walking along the road or in the ditch as there is no pavement. Buses were also unreliable — once ours had already gone despite us arriving eight minutes before the scheduled time, leaving us waiting another 30–40 minutes in the heat. Sóller centre and the shops are around a 35-minute walk away. We intended to shop and get a taxi back, but taxis were virtually impossible to get and the taxi app said they didn't service the house location. The nearest restaurant only opens for lunch and was closed altogether when we tried to visit. The only food delivery we could find was a nearby Chinese restaurant, which we ended up using three times simply because there were no alternatives. The house also had a serious ant problem — they were in the kitchen, bathroom and even the beds. All food had to be kept in the small fridge. The pool was smaller and shallower than expected. There was no beach umbrella, hand soap or shower gel, and only two toilet rolls were provided for four people for a week. Overall, the biggest issue is the location. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend having a car. Without one, simple things such as shopping, eating out or getting to the beach become unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

  We had a wonderful stay. The place is amazing. Couldn’t wish for a better holiday.

  Everything ! Especially the pool and the view.
