  Basic beach stay for 2-3 people, great garden, direct access to the beach.

  On the plus side, location is good, house is in a village and it has direct access to the beach. About 5-10 min driving to shopping (bakery, supermarket) or 15-20 min to the next town (Alexandropolis). Can't walk anywhere, car is needed. Great garden, well maintained. On the down size, the house plot is on the national road and traffic can be heard all day and night from inside the house. Beach is pebbled (not sand) , about 10-15 m wide, common of course to all houses/ properties along it and it was rather unkempt in the beginning of October (after the season), many plastic chairs leftovers etc. Garden of the house was the highlight, both we and our 2 little dogs enjoyed it fully. Veranda is also nice - basically it is the outdoors not the indoors that give value to this property. Communication with host was very smooth, access key was easy to find, host very kind, helped us with info about shopping locations.

  Cheap fittings (lowest price even from Ikea), no wardrobe or even a hanger to put your clothes. Everything in the house is just to an absolute minimum and lowest budget which reduces the feeling of vacation (no wine glasses in the cupboard, for example, etc.). There was no duvet, just two pretty used up blankets, we ended up using our sleeping bags (which we had in the car). I expected more quality for the price we paid (this area of Greece, offseason). Also, house advertises that it can host 5, we thought it was perfect just for 2. It has a bedroom with a double bed and one space/room that is hallway, kitchen and sitting room all in one (which also has door to the bathroom), in this room there are two foldable sofa beds, one 1.5 and one single, which, if opened, would occupy all floor space of the room.

  Sakin Bir Tatil Yeri

  Gerekli temel şeyler mevcut. Ev temizdi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Zaten lüks bir beklentimiz yoktu. Bahçeyi sevdik ve evin önünden rahatça kumsala ulaşmak çocuklarla çok rahat oldu. Küçük bir ev bu sebeple kalabalık aileler için uygun değil. Biz 2 yetişkin 2 çocukla ancak sığdık.

  Duşakabin daha iyi olabilir.

  Very nice beach, and a small but lovely house with everything you need for your stay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  The house is not far from the road, so you can hear traffic noise from it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
