    L’importance du service client à revoir

    Accueil et communication très décevants. Nous avons dû patienter près d’une heure à la réception à cause d’une erreur lors de notre enregistrement. Souhaitant réserver une seconde chambre, nous n’avons reçu aucune aide de la part du réceptionniste, qui semblait totalement indifférent à notre situation. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement paraît agréable. Nous avons finalement dû réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel.

    Étonnant de trouver un établissement au 7 étage mais très agréable et reposant, belle vue, aéré et avec possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres ce qui est rare aujourd'hui. Seul bmol, les oeufs brouillés à peine chaud. Je reviendrai

    Très bon hôtel

    Accueil super, personnel très avenant, lit confortable, propre et tranquille, réception au septième avec de bels ascenseurs, accessibilité à l'hôtel à pied pas si évident. Je recommande sans hésiter.

    Pause à Toulouse

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l hôtel est magnifique très bien insonorisé et proche du centre. La salle de jeux est top, les enfants ont adoré, la chambre est très bien équipée avec la kitchenette et la literie est de qualité. Merci d'avoir mis des fontaines à eau très pratique avec les chaleurs toulousaines. Parking gratuit un plus pour une grande ville. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, le personnel est très agréable
