    Property was clean, lovely room and very great commute area

    They fail to mention you have to pay a fee once you booked and already paid for the hotel? U can either pay 25 or they pre hold 170 on your card. Which I think is ridiculous, for us that don’t have a spare 170 sat there, you’re basically forced to pay 25. We had issues getting into the room, called up and they said someone will be up to you to help. We waited for about 20 mins and still no one came up to help. So we rang again, they said go to reception (baring in mind they say they don’t have an exception??) staff where not the friendliest but we eventually in, after wasting so much time. Was disappointed as we was there for 1 night, so that was 30 mins of our trip wasted
