    Wow, what a beautiful and special property! We loved our stay at the ranch. The view from the overlook suite was stunning - starry skies and the sounds of crickets at night and an atmospheric, foggy view over the fields in the morning, with the staff readying the horses to ride down below. Highly recommend!

    An excellent stay!

    My only complaint is that the tub had unusually medium sized cracks in it.That to me is not safe being that I'm diabetic and can't afford to injure my skin. Otherwise everything was excellent.

    We absolutely loved this place. It was so special, but it was a touch loud in the morning. The house is gorgeous but it’s very old, and echoes. The property was so fun, and stunning. We really enjoyed our quick trip there.

    Rustic charm with modern comforts

    What a great find! We were looking for a unique place to celebrate our anniversary and just happened across Seventy-Four Ranch. We could not be more pleased. The ranch is full of authentic old west and Georgia history, with just enough ruggedness to keep things fun but with plenty of modern comforts, restful perches and southern charm. Pam is an outstanding host who greeted us with a bottle of chilled wine to help us celebrate, cooked up fabulous fresh breakfasts, made sure we had everything we needed, provided expert tips on local amenities ssand attractions, and shared the fascinating story of the ranch and its roots in the wild west and Cherokee tradition. The arrangements left nothing to be desired, and everything was spotless and in excellent working order. Unfortunately, we did not go riding, learn to lasso, or take part in other ranch life activities, but we still enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks, Pam, for a very memorable ranch experience!
