    Stay clear - doss house!

    Nothing

    Everything - the photos must have been from years ago when it was first refurbed. It's a doss house obviously used as a HMO with each bedroom having its own digital lock. Filthy, broken, open sash windows on lower level that won't shut. Run down area full of drunks, homeless & migrants. Continually pestered for money and being approached with openly stolen goods for sale. The booking process was a nightmare, extortianate rates, security deposit of £250 when there wasn't anything left to break or damage. Stay well clear of this address and the letting agents - doss house!

    Great location. Spacious accommodation which was ideal for our group. Very good communication with the host.

    There was some traffic noise but that's to be expected in the location. The décor is a bit tired and not as fresh as the photographs suggest.
