    Loved it, nice walk to Apollo Bay cafes , play park and beach. Will be back!

    Walking distance for coffee, playground and beach. The kids loved the garden and fruit trees. And secure enough to bring our dog. Bedroom’s bathrooms all spacious with great facilities. Kitchen set up well with most things you need. Deck area spacious to and very safe with toddlers. Loved the views. Really enjoyed out stay here !!

    Would have been nice to have some shade on the main deck area somehow. And recommend a gate or something at the top of the stairs.

    The house and area was nice and quiet. Close to the main street so we could walk to cafes etc. Spacious rooms with everything we needed. Great views from the balcony.

    Only negative was that we organised an early arrival and when we arrived the cleaners were still there and had no idea we were coming early. No worries though as we went and got some lunch whilst we waited. On day 2 the gardeners came and mowed all the lawns and did the gardening which seemed a bit strange also.

    Theodor's place is the perfect spot for a getaway with friends or family in Apollo Bay. A 10min walk from the beach, the house had everything our group of 6 needed for a wonderful weekend away. The place was very clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils, BBQ and more. Theodor was also very accommodating and made sure we had all the required info for our stay. 100% recommend.
