    Una estancia muy agradable

    Muy buena ubicación en pleno centro. Edificio histórico muy cuidado. La cocina muy bien equipada y cómoda.

    La escalera que sube al dormitorio es muy repentina. Alguna noche escuchamos mucho ruido de la calle que venía de un pub cercano. No está muy bien insonorizado.

    De trap naar boven is erg smal en stijl, als je minder goed ter been bent is het lastig boven komen In de douche ( boven) is de ruimte beperkt, de deur gaat lastig open en dicht. De douche op zich is heerlijk

    zo zo te duur!

    Locatie is prima!

    De Poppodium De Spot is tegenover het gehuurde huis. Zaterdagavond 23 uur - tot zondag 04.00 uur was er Vroege uurtjes. En dat gaf een lawaai ...... Dat slapen niet mogelijk was, dat werd pas na 04.00 uur. Je kan dan eigenlijk niet verhuren. Daarbij een windkracht 6, dat gaf veel gekraak van het oude huis. En dan blijkt dat de isolatie volstrekt onvoldoende is. Want als de jongelui hoor praten, en windlawaai dan weet je ook dat isolatie zeer slecht is. De nieuwe pui/deur heeft ook geluid en isolatie lekken, waarschijnlijk onderkant. De vloerverwarming werkt onvoldoende en duurt te lang voor enig effect op de warmte. Waarom niet eerder aangezet. Gezien van prijs van 280 euro per nacht. dus slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!
