  A unique, comfortable and warmly welcoming stay and delicious food.

  The property was in a lovely quiet part of town, but still only a 10 minute walk away to the old town city centre. We had a unique and delicious breakfast provided by own lovely host and chef who shared storied of her cooking and recipes and made us feel at home.

  Lokalizacja, blisko centrum.

  Na dzień dobry właścicielka w progu kazała zdjąć buty i założyć papcie, wykazujące niejednokrotne użycie. Nie pozwoliła użyć prywatnego obuwia zmiennego. Po potyczce słownej pozwoliła chodzić po obiekcie w skarpetach. Powodem były drewniane schody i podłogii.. Pierwsze śniadanie było bardzo dobre i ładnie podane co wróciło mi wiarę w ludzi na drugi dzień nie było już tak kolorowo. Podano na śniadanie podsmażane ziemniaki dwa sadzone jajka i obrzydliwą kiełbasę kiedy zobaczyła moje zdziwienie powiedziała że to jest tradycyjne śniadania rumuńskie .obok było śniadanie dla pary z Włoch piekne i wykwintne. Polacy dostają ochłapy. Przykre. Łazienka dramat, brak mydła.przy prysznicu, dobrze że miałam swoje. Na umywalce na wpół zużyte mydło ze szczoteczka. Na folderach wszystko wydaje się perfekcyjne, ale to nie ma nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. To był pierwszy taki obiekt na bookingu a rezerwuję hotele już kilka lat.

  A unique place with a spacious apartment and wonderful breakfast, but with some disappointing detail

  An interesting and rather unique place to stay. The apartment was very spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed and air conditioning. The breakfasts were particularly beautiful and special — clearly prepared with care and more memorable than a typical hotel breakfast. There were also plenty of parking options in the surrounding area.

  We did not fully understand before booking that this is a private house where the hosts also live and rent out separate apartments. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked to put on slippers, which felt a little uncomfortable and unexpected. The biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi bathtub, which did not work. We specifically chose this place because we wanted to enjoy the spa bath, so this was quite frustrating. There was also an option to order dinner, but unfortunately the dishes we wanted were not available. We were also surprised that using an iron came with an additional charge — this felt unnecessary and was not something we would expect from this type of accommodation.

  Totul a fost foarte bine. Cinste și respect pt d-nele care fac tot posibilul să te simți și să mănânci sănătos. Liniște, confort și locația aproape de centru.

  Nu am avut nici o experiență negativă.

  Great location and fresh breakfast, but keep in mind it’s inside a shared family home

  The location is excellent, very close to the center of Brașov. A major advantage for us was the convenient parking right outside, which is perfect if you are traveling by car or motorcycle. The property was clean and well-kept. Additionally, the host prepares a nice, fresh breakfast for you on the spot every morning!

  It's important to know that the guest rooms are located inside the host's own house. Upon arrival, we were asked to remove our shoes immediately and put on brand-new slippers provided by the host to protect the wooden floors, which felt a bit restrictive. Additionally, privacy felt slightly limited; on our first night, when we stepped out late after arriving, the host came out of her room to ask where we were going. Overall, a good stay for its location and convenience, but ideal for those who don't mind a house-sharing environment with strict house rules.
