Recommended for sunrise lover.
The flat is very well located. It is by the roadside and the market is just in front but the place has good soundproofing. Beautiful sunrise to wake up to in the morning. Also, having a parking space, which is 100m in a separate building from the flat, is a plus as it's tricky to find a parking spot in Las Canteras.
We had difficulty getting the keybox open during the check-in and the check-out but Marcos was easy to reach via Whatsapp and he promptly replied to our messages.

L'emplacement. La qualité de la location avec une très bonne Insonorisation. Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour . La machine à laver séchante. La place de parking incluse.

Para repetir.
Situación excelente con transporte público a cincuenta metros y la espectacular playa de Las Canteras a tres minutos andando. El apartamento nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario, incluido aire acondicionado. En resumen un lugar perfecto con una relación calidad precio increíble.
A pesar de ser un edificio nuevo, en el portal se aprecia un ligero olor a desagües, que, sin ser muy intenso, no es agradable, aunque para nada desmerece las bondades del apartamento.
