    Good apartment, but the building location is in a poor area

    The apartment was very nice and comfortable, there is everything you need and very clean

    The building is very old and stairwell was not maintained. The building is on a side road, not much lights at night. Overall gave us an uneasy feeling

    Place was lovely, comfortable, clean and well connected to transportation but in a quiet part of town, but close enough to some of the nicer hotspots of the city.

    The exterior is a rundown building that at first gives a vibe that you've been scammed, but once you step in, its like a different world, the apartment is nice, clean, and well organized. The AC wasn't working very well, so we had to wait a while for the apartment to cool down a bit once arriving and turning it on.

    Great location, good value

    The apartment is nice - 3 large double beds, so good for a group. Fully kitted kitchen and washing facilities (including dryer). Large living area, and the flat was very clean. In a good location, <10 mins to Seoul Station so easy to get around. Local amenities - comvenience stores as well as a local market.

    The outdoor hallway/outside the building is a bit run down, sketchy and a bit smelly. The area seems safe enough but you have to take your cases up a slope and a flight of stairs with minimal lighting.
